Organizational redesign
We help leaders ask tough questions about “the way things have always been” and look at new possibilities for the way their organization might best be structured. We encourage clients to consider the “white space” on the organizational chart rather than whose name goes in which box. We work with clients to assess the skills, interests and strengths of current team members and project staffing needs to reach future goals and objectives. Getting the right people in the right roles at the right time is what organizational redesign is all about.
