Coaching provides you with a confidential sounding board, guide, and fellow explorer as you discover your full potential as an individual, as a team member, or as a leader. As coaches we bring a structured process and tools, along with fresh perspective, tough questions, and listening skills to help you maximize changes you may be experiencing or initiating.
Feedback processes
We work with leaders and individuals to devise processes to get important feedback about skills, characteristics, or perceptions that may be holding them or their organization back. Getting the feedback is the first step, reflecting on it, and then developing a plan to maximize identified strengths, fill performance gaps, and succeed despite other weaknesses are the critical second and third steps. We partner with leaders to explore the feedback and implement needed plans to be more effective.
Feedback isn’t just for leaders either! As work becomes more and more team focused it’s important that individual contributors receive feedback from all the people they work with, not just their supervisor or manager. Using similar tools as those used with leaders, we work with individual contributors to gain important insights and create a plan for becoming more effective by receiving feedback from all the key individuals with whom they work.
